Thompsonville, MI for the purpose of appointing the Election
Inspectors and the Election
Chairperson for the November 4, 2025 Special Election.

The Public Accuracy Test
for the November 4, 2025 Special Election has been
scheduled for Monday, October
6, 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Weldon Township Hall, 14731
Thompson Ave, Thompsonville,
MI. The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to determine that
the computer program
and the tabulator being used to record and count the results
of the election, counts
the votes in the manner prescribed by the law.

About Us
Weldon Township is located in Benzie
County, Michigan and includes the west half
of the Village of Thompsonville. Within
the township are miles of public land open to
hunting and many other outdoor activities,
which includes miles of hiking, cross-country
skiing, and snowmobile trails. Note
that there are also many parcels of private
land in between the public land, so please
be careful and respect the rights of
landowners. The Betsie River runs through the
township with many points of access. The
Betsie is well known for its Steelhead and
Salmon runs.
