About Us
Weldon Township
is located in Benzie County, Michigan and includes the west half
of the Village of
Thompsonville. Within the township are miles of public land open
to hunting and many
other outdoor activities, which includes miles of hiking,
cross-country
skiing, and
snowmobile trails. Note that there are also many parcels of private
land
in between the public
land, so please be careful and respect the rights of landowners.
The Betsie River runs
through the township with many points of access. The Betsie
is well known for its
Steelhead and Salmon runs.

lawn care for our township hall, day use park, and cemetery. If

for a new
member for our Planning Commission. The commission meets
quarterly.

but there a
fee is paid to BS&A, if you look up anyone else's.
